1. Returns & Exchanges
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Requests submitted after this period cannot be accepted.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Our customer support team will review your request and provide return instructions, including the return address.
Please securely package the item and include your order number or invoice inside the package.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error was made by Oskyy.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost during return transit.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except where required by UK consumer law, such as in cases of defective or incorrect items.
5. Defective or Incorrect Items

In such cases, we will cover the return shipping cost and offer a replacement or a full refund, in accordance with UK consumer rights.
